Melody in Ottawa, Canada

Mrs. Belaire's Grade 5 Class
Holy Redeemer School
Canada
Ottawa
(Melody #023B0114)
Some of the things we did with Melody were she came to the Boys’ Handball Tournament with us and helped to cheer on our team, the Rockets! She also helped out with daily activities such as getting technology from the Learning Commons, having snacks with the students, and playing outside for recess. At the students’ homes, Melody received tours of the students’ homes, went to choir practice, went bowling, visited the Humane Society, and had her own little bed made for her to sleep in.
The students realized just how difficult it would be for Melody to participate in the daily activities that they were used to taking part in everyday. It really opened our eyes to how difficult Melody’s life must be.

  1. Dear Mrs. Belaire's Class,
It sounds like Melody has been very busy with your students. My students were very excited to see your cart with the tablets. They are going to tell our principal about this....

  2. Dear Mrs Belaire's Class,
I am getting on to my principal for not letting us get tablets for our school. I am so jealous of you guys.
